Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance Update

Staff are working on updates to the City's Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Ordinance (Zoning Code Chapter 27.19) to address local needs and improve ordinance functionality. This effort will also address agency review comments provided by the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for compliance with state ADU law.
