The Future Is Electric: Cooking
Unlike traditional electric stoves that heat with coils, induction cooktops use magnets to transfer heat directly to the pan through the process of induction.
Compared to gas and electric coil ranges, induction cooktops heat up faster, are safer and are easier to clean.
