Come watch the documentary film "Violins of Hope - Strings of the Holocaust" (56 minutes, 2016, Not Rated). Avshi Weinstein, son of Violins of Hope Founder Amnon Weinstein, will speak after the movie about his family's work restoring violins played in Auschwitz. The evening concludes with a half-hour concert by San Francisco Symphony chamber musicians performing works by Holocaust composers. This program is part of Violins of Hope San Francisco Bay Area presented in association with Music at Kohl Mansion, Burlingame, CA.
