The City invites you to share your feedback online to help identify what areas of the City should be evaluated for change, preservation and improvements.
This online exercise is an opportunity to use a map of San Mateo to help identify what areas of the City could accommodate future growth or stay the same. Your input will help inform what areas will undergo a more robust analysis on the impacts of possible changes in the future. The online exercise will be open through July 15, 2019. Tell your friends and family to participate!

General Plan Subcommittee Meeting #6: Study Area Ideas
On June 26, the General Plan Subcommittee brainstormed ideas for potential study areas. Study areas are those areas that have the potential to experience land use changes over the next 20 years. Identifying study areas is the first step in the process to develop and select land use and transportation alternatives.
