Appeal of a Planning Commission decision made on February 12, 2019 to uphold the Zoning Administrator decision to approve the subject Single Family Dwelling Design Review (SFDDR) for a 422 square-foot second story addition to an existing two-story, split-level single family dwelling. The project also proposes a 140 square-foot ground floor addition toward the rear of the dwelling.
