Small Cell Infrastructure Update

On Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019, two items will be before the Sustainability & Infrastructure Commission regarding small cell infrastructure in the City of San Mateo: a Public Hearing, and a recommendation to City Council regarding a Master License Agreement with Verizon. City Council action is required for final approval of the agreement.

The hearing is a protest of the decision by the Director of Public Works to approve the installation of a small cell facility on a utility pole adjacent to 201 N. Amphlett Blvd. The application is from AT&T Mobilitie.

The agenda for the meeting can be found here. Any member of the public may comment during the public comment section of the hearing.

The Commission meets at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019 at the San Mateo City Hall Council Chambers, 330 West 20th Ave., San Mateo, CA.
