In partnership with National Drive Electric Week, the City invites you to attend the Fourth Annual San Mateo Electric Vehicle (EV) Expo. Come test drive the latest EVs and talk with EV owners. Visit vendor booths and find out about the benefits of driving electric.

In 2017 more than 900 volunteers collected about 2 tons of litter and close to 100 pounds of recycling from our shoreline, lagoon, and San Mateo Creek. W are hoping for even more volunteers this year! Be prepared to get dirty, have a good time, and help the environment!

The Women's Environmental Network (WEN) Book Club reads about a range of environmental and leadership topics. The next book will be Yellowcake by Ann Cummins. It is a fiction book that centers around the impacts of uranium mining on the Navajo reservation.
