Pending Zoning Administrator Decisions
(PA17-049) - 19 N. Grant Street:
Site Plan and Architectural Review to construct a two-story detached residential unit behind an existing residence which will remain (2 units total on site). The proposed rear unit will be 3,028 square feet and no changes to the existing front unit are proposed. An attached 3-car garage is proposed to be built between the two units. Two additional uncovered parking stalls will be on-site, totaling to 5 on-site parking stalls.

Smith's Beverage PCN Modification

This application is a modification to the previously approved Planning Application (PA17-092), approved by the Zoning Administrator on February 12, 2018, to modify conditions of approval related to Type 21 license in response to items related to the Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) licensing requirements.

1495 S. El Camino Real - (PA17-030)
A formal Neighborhood Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 3rd at the San Mateo Main Library. The Planning Commission will hold a Study Session on May 22, 2018 at City Hall of San Mateo. Study Session items are for discussion purposes only, No Vote is taken.

406 E 3rd Avenue - Mixed-Use Pre-App
The Planning Pre-Application was filed on March 16, 2018, and the project plans are currently being reviewed by City departments. A formal Neighborhood Meeting and Planning Commission Study Session will be scheduled for a future date. 

Bay Meadows II
SPAR #1 STA 1 & 5 Modification
The Planning Commission held a Study Session on April 10, 2018 focused on design review of the proposed building modifications. No decisions were made during the Planning Commission Study Session.

 City Council

Ordinance Adoption
Zoning Code Amendments Addressing State Law Changes to Density Bonus Law, Accessory Dwelling Units, and Residential Density (PA17-072) was heard by the City Council on Monday, April 16th 2018. The ordinance was Approved (5-0) and becomes effective 30-days after adoption.

General Plan Agreement 
The agreement to retain consultant services for the update of the City's General Plan was heard by the City Council on Monday, April 16th 2018 and was Approved (5-0).
