PA17-039 - 353 31st Avenue - Single Family Dwelling Design Review (SFDDR) for a 766 square-foot second story addition to an existing one story single family dwelling. This project also includes a 90 square-foot second story balcony in the rear.
PA17-047 - 330 N. Delaware Street Duplex - Site Plan and Architectural Review (SPAR) for the conversion of an existing single-family dwelling to create an additional dwelling unit for a total of two (2) dwelling units on site (two-family duplex). There are currently two units in the primary dwelling and two units in the detached accessory structure, which were constructed without the benefit of building permits. This project permits the removal of the two units in the accessory structure and legalization of the two units in the primary dwelling. No new square footage is proposed.PA17-061 - 1026 N. new business, Smith’s Beverage, to obtain a Type 21 (off-sale general) license to authorize the sale of

Planning Commission held a study session on January 23, 2018 for a new, five-story, 182-room/suite hotel that would replace the existing hotel on the property.
4 West Santa Inez / I Engle Road Condominiums
Planning Commission adopted the Written Findings of Denial at their meeting of October 10, 2017. The applicants have submitted an appeal to City Council. The appeal is scheduled for the City Council meeting on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. A public notice postcard will be sent out no later than 10 days before the scheduled meeting.
A pre-application has been submitted to demolish the existing commercial buildings on site and construct 935 multi-family dwelling units and 32,000 square feet of commercial/retail space, including the retention of Trader Joe’s, 7-11, and Rite-Aid. The site is approximately 14.5 acres and currently occupied by the Concar Shopping Center, Shane Jewelers, and 7-11. The project also includes 3.69 acres of public and private park and recreational amenity areas.
