Pending Zoning Administrator Decisions
PA 17-013 - 1430 2nd Avenue - Single Family Dwelling Design Review (SFDDR) for a 349-square-foot second story addition to an existing one-story single-family dwelling. This project also includes a new 55-square-foot second-story balcony in the rear.
PA17-032 / 614 36th Avenue - Single-Family Dwelling Design Review (SFDDR) for two new single-family residences on two abutting vacant flag-lot parcels. The project proposes a 2,805 square-foot two-story residence with an attached two-car garage on parcel number 042-050-130 (new address assignment pending), and a 4,081 square-foot two-story residence with an attached two-car garage on parcel number 042-050-140 (614 36th Avenue).
PA 17-057 / 476 W. 25th Avenue - Special Use Permit (SUP) for demolition of 80% of an existing roof structure with roof pitch alterations, which result in a height increase of 5 feet, 6.5 inches. This project also includes demolition of the entire detached garage roof structure with roof pitch alterations, which result in a height increase of 6 feet, 6 inches. This project also includes a new rooftop deck recessed into the roof and a single-story addition.

Planning Commission adopted the Written Findings of Denial at their meeting of October 10, 2017. The applicants have submitted an appeal to City Council. The appeal is scheduled for the City Council meeting on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. A public notice postcard will be sent out no later than 10 days before the scheduled meeting.
