Drivers & riders using Scoop will automatically receive the $2 incentive per person during commute periods (5:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. & 3:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.), with a maximum of $4 per day.  This is a limited time San Mateo County promotion.
