San Mateo County Human Services Agency
On Thursday, January 27, 2022, from approximately 5 am to 10 am, the San Mateo County Human Services Agency (HSA) will conduct the 2022 San Mateo County One Day Homeless Count. The purpose of the Count is to gather information to help us understand who is experiencing homelessness in our community and what interventions they need to end their homelessness.
Volunteers will participate during the early morning hours of January 27 to cover their assigned area by car and foot to observe and count individuals who are unsheltered.
By signing up to volunteer you are committing to the following:

There are many dates/times to choose from throughout the month of January and you will be able to choose your preferred training date/time in the volunteer registration process. All trainings will be held via Zoom and an email confirmation with training information will be sent to you after you have registered.
