Join the San Mateo Public Library for a virtual presentation on "Sustainable Landscapes: Lawn to Garden Transformations"!

Rainy season is a great time to plant a low-water garden. Convert your lawn to drought-tolerant landscape, plant an edible garden, or make other changes to transform your outdoor space and use less water. Learn about creating sustainable gardens and get inspiration from Loren McIrvin, owner of Allied Landscape. Susan Cordone, Cal Water's Conservation Coordinator, will share conservation programs and incentives. This virtual program is coordinated by the City of San Mateo Sustainability Program and the San Mateo Public Library, in collaboration with California Water Service (Cal Water).

Date: Saturday, November 13, 10-11 AM, via Zoom
