The City Council approved the Development Agreement at its second reading by a vote of 5-0 at the September 8, 2020 City Council meeting.
The approved project consists of 961 residential units (with 73 affordable-units) and 40,000 square-feet of commercial uses (including Trader Joe’s, Peninsula Ballet Theatre, and 7-Eleven) at the existing shopping center.
