The COVID-19 outbreak and "shelter-in-place" ordinance will disproportionately impact our most vulnerable community members. The City of San Mateo is actively working with other neighboring cities, non-profits, and community-based organizations to identify the needs of our communities and volunteer opportunities. Many community-based organizations and non-profits will continue providing essential services during this time, including food, shelter, and health services and need the help of volunteers. Let's join forces and volunteer to support our beloved community!

Please read the information below to learn more about volunteering during this critical time.

The County of San Mateo is working to collect information from people who need help and those who are interested in offering help. If you are interested in offering support to our community members, please provide your name and information using this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WSXH6PZ.

Once your survey is submitted, a County Staff member will reach out to pair you with a non-profit, community-based organization, or community member who is in need of volunteer help.
