Domestic Violence Resources
We realize some members of our community will find themselves in troubling situations during this shelter-in-place. If you are a victim of domestic violence, know that CORA, is available. During this time, their Emergency Shelter and core emergency services remain operative and their Crisis Line remains their primary access point (1-800-300-1080). And, of course we want any cases of domestic violence reported to the police immediately. If you are unable to call 9-1-1 because of your circumstance, text to 9-1-1 is also available. There is help available.
Mental Health Resources
We know these times are stressful. Let’s do our best to keep a bad situation from becoming worse. We want to be able to provide you access to resources when you need them. Visit San Mateo County Health Crisis Services at for a list of important numbers and resources. If you or someone you know is contemplating suicide, please call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1(800)273-8255.
