The DoIT process is to:
- Listen to and Explore business needs,
- Understand and Explain technology choices, and
- Build and Maintain 'best fit' solutions.
We are organized into four business units:
Provides attentive and responsive front line Help Desk support, along with access to training and other helpful end-user resources.
A team of IT employees who provide support for applications, the City Intranet, and who answer staff questions about how to improve their work.
Provides a reliable IT backbone and nervous system, including the City's network, virtual servers, cloud hosting, VoIP phone system, and City-wide Office tools such as email.
GIS & Mapping Services
Focuses on providing high quality GIS and mapping services.
