A Preliminary Planning Application (Pre-App) has been submitted to demolish the existing structure with Draeger’s grocery store to construct a mixed-use building.
The proposed 5-story building would consist of 101,744 sf of office space, 17,647 sf of retail space, and 8,424 sf of residential space for 10 below-market-rate units. The proposed parking garage includes 12,465 sf above grade and two levels (89,519 sf) below grade for a total of 238 parking spaces.
The proposed building would be 5-stories in height and would total 148,342 square feet.
The project site consists of four parcels totaling 49,478 square feet (1.123 acre).
A Pre-Application was re-submitted on October 22, 2020, and the project is currently under review.
