On May 28, 2019, by a vote of 4-0, the Planning Commission approved the Site Plan and Architectural Review (SPAR) Modification to allow a modified exterior wall design immediately adjacent to an approved mixed-use building.
Site Plan and Architectural Review (SPAR) Modification to a previously approved planning application (PA-2016-049) to modify the design of an exterior wall. The subject wall is along the northern, interior lot line of the mixed-use project currently under construction located at 405 E. 4th Avenue. A full stucco finish is proposed in place of the originally approved brick veneer and relief patterns. An adjacent proposed project located at 406 E. 3rd Avenue will be reviewed by the Planning Commission, which if constructed would substantially conceal the subject wall.
