Project Description:

  • A formal preliminary Planning Application (“Pre-App”) has been submitted proposing to develop a 11,464 square foot parcel that currently exists as an undeveloped lot.
  • The project proposes a 18,421 square foot office building comprised of three floors.
  • The applicant proposes to pay fees in-lieu of providing required parking on-site.

Project Update:

A Pre-Application was filed on April 2, 2019, and has been deemed complete. The required neighborhood meeting was held on October 24, 2018 and a Planning Commission Study Session was held on November 12, 2019.
