PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A formal preliminary Planning Application (“Pre-App”) has been submitted proposing to develop a 11,464 square foot parcel that currently exists as an undeveloped lot. The project proposes a 18,421 square foot office building comprised of three floors. The applicant proposes to pay fees in-lieu of providing required parking on-site.
