Instructor Biography

Meet Linda Dehoff! Linda turned her passion of fitness into her career after becoming a mom. She holds certifications in AFFA group exercise, kickboxing, Les Mills GRIT and a personal training certification through SCW fitness. She loves to teach Boot camp, kickboxing, body conditioning and high impact classes. Her classes are designed to be both fun and challenging. Through the study of dance, children discover new aspects of their bodies, minds and imagination.  Dance has many benefits and through dance, your child will:

Our Youth Dance Program was established over 40 years ago and we have more than 2 dozen instructors at 5 different locations. Every quarter, almost 500 children participate in our dance classes.

Adult Dance

The Adult Dance Program offers a wide variety of classes for all skill levels in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Our classes are taught by professional and experienced staff. We encourage you to try any number of our offerings.

Adult Fitness

Join our Fitness Program for an invigorating workout in a safe, non-competitive environment where highly skilled instructors bring their expertise and passion to each class.

You can design your own fitness program by combining the cardiovascular benefits of aerobics with strengthening, stretching and toning. And you can combine your aerobics or strength training with one of our movement awareness classes like Yoga or Tai Chi.

With guidance from our expert instructors, you can:

  • Decrease blood pressure and blood fats
  • Strengthen muscles
  • Increase flexibility
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
